I was the lead motion designer for Asana's 2025 Sales Kickoff, collaborating closely with a graphic designer to create the opening animation and stage graphics throughout the show.

The motion style was developed to capture two things: continuous growth and determining energy. We came up with the following rules:

1. To show determination, we emphasize on bold typography and refrain from extra flourishes.
2. To signal growth, we animate text in an ascending order where each letter scales larger than the previous one proportionally.
3. We utilize the rotational movement of 3D surfaces such as a plane and side of a box to represent repetitive effort.
